Record and check hours
Clock your working hours in Polaris. Check and approve them every day. You can also correct a missed clock-in or clock-out there.
Mileage records
Enter exactly how many kilometres you drove and send us the list. We process your mileage allowance once we receive it. Keep a copy. For a lease car, use the list belonging to that car.
Delivering or taking back materials
Record merchandise on the day you deliver or take it back. We use these details to settle accounts with the campsite. Match stock to what the park expects to sell; you can top it up later.
