3. Your preferred staffing

Your wishes are the starting point. We agree on staffing, availability and any extra costs with you in advance.

How many days a week would you like activities?

Your team

Basic consists of two junior staff members. You can explain any different wishes in the final step.

What team size would you like?

This refers to the whole team per period, including any team leader. You can explain a different team size for each period below.

For example, two staff in quieter periods and more during the busiest weeks.

Which additional staffing options would you like to discuss? (optional)

Additional experience or a specific role is a request to discuss, not an automatic commitment. A dedicated Chilz youth worker is possible with Premium.

Theatre and the standard musical are included with Complete and Premium. A Chilz programme can be included by arrangement; we agree on the target group together.

One programme language is included with a Recrateam team. We discuss additional languages in advance.
