Complete and Premium: a Chilz programme can be included by arrangement.
Premium: a dedicated Chilz youth worker is available at an extra charge.
Staffing, target group and availability are agreed in advance.
A good rapport. A professional role.
Attention to the activity, no personal phone use and clear boundaries with guests. A chat outside working hours is fine; staying around with the group is not part of that.
