A staff member in their first season at Recrateam. The Basic team consists of two juniors.

Takes the lead within the team.

Chilz youth worker
Focuses specifically on teenagers. This staff member can be added with Premium; we agree on the target group and ages together.

Team leader
Manages the team and allocates tasks.

We agree on the staffing, availability and any additional cost of extra roles in advance.
What does “familiar with the programme” mean?
Complete and Premium always include someone who is familiar with delivering the programme. You can also choose a staff member with even more experience or a team leader.
Everyone is prepared.
Careful selection, several theory workshops and practical training on a separate day. We stay involved throughout the season too.
