Materials, agreed together.
We check on site which craft, sports and games materials are available. For anything still needed, we prepare a proposal with an order list.
You choose whether to arrange materials yourself or order through Recrateam. Materials and top-ups have separate costs, agreed in advance.
A clear cost breakdown.
Your quote includes the agreed staffing, daily service and programme costs, the annual fee, RecraHub, travel and VAT.
For special activities, we also discuss space, materials and any volunteers. Preparation and clearing up count towards working time.
Across borders too
Tailored to your guests.
We mainly work in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany. Is your park in another country? We are happy to discuss the possibilities too. Outside the Netherlands, we primarily focus on campsites with many Dutch-speaking guests.
Do you mainly welcome German guests or a different guest mix? We can help you plan too. Language skills, the programme and communication are agreed in advance.
