Our approach
Great entertainment starts with great people.
Commitment and a sense of responsibility are at the heart of what we do. This is how we select, train and support the team at your park.
01
Careful pre-selection
We assess motivation, commitment and a sense of responsibility. Where needed, we get to know candidates better through an interview or video.
02
Several theory workshops
New staff build a solid foundation for working at your campsite or holiday park.
03
A separate practical training day
Staff practise explaining games, organising activities, creating a welcoming atmosphere and performing theatre. Putting theory into practice.
04
Support at your park
We continue to support your park and the team during the season: on site, by phone and online.

Clear expectations
Friendly. Committed. Professional.
Focused on the activity
During activities, staff do not use their phones for personal purposes. Their attention belongs to the activity and the guests.
A good rapport, clear boundaries
Having a chat with teenagers outside working hours is fine. Staying around with the group is not part of that.
Clear rules at work
There is no smoking, drinking alcohol or taking drugs during working hours. We discuss these expectations with our staff.
A team behind your team
Throughout the season, we stay involved.
Our supervisor is the point of contact for your park and the staff. Recrateam handles team management and work schedules, and advises on the programme and materials.
Is something different from what was agreed? Together, we look at what is needed. During busy summer weeks there may be up to two visits a week. If someone is ill, we arrange a replacement quickly.
The specific support and staffing arrangements are tailored to your park and package.

64%
In 2026, 64% of our staff had worked with us before. Familiar faces know how we work; new colleagues receive careful preparation.
A team that fits.
Complete and Premium always include a staff member familiar with the programme. Additional experience or a specific role can be discussed separately.
Frequently asked questions
How independently does the team work?
Our staff can run activities independently in every package. We select for this and prepare them through several theory workshops and practical training on a separate day. Experience and team composition vary by package; working independently is always part of the service.
What happens if someone is ill?
If someone is ill, we arrange a replacement quickly. We discuss the specific arrangements and conditions in the proposal for your park.
